Tier II chemical reporting is an EPA requirement under EPCRA. This is an annual reporting of hazardous chemicals to state and local agencies. The EPA has general guidelines for reporting but many states impose their own requirements on reporting.ESR can provide turn-key reporting for your Tier II needs or assist with any portion of the Tier II process.
